This is probably the best pet sitting you could have in all North County. My cat was really having a hard time with us gone and had stopped eating, which is scary, but the pet sitter (Heather!) noticed right away and hid some treats in his bowl - that did the trick! They also will do things like litter box changing, plant watering, and taking in your mail. These people really care about animals and understand how to take care of them. They're like pet experts.

Scott and his team were very professional from the initial contact through the pet sitting of our cat Mustache. Melissa who looked after him, came to visit every day over a 3-week period. She provided text updates with his well-being, photos and videos. You could tell when we returned home, that he had been very well looked after and loved.

We felt Sami and our house were in good hands, so we could really enjoy our time away. We are so glad we found this group!  Scott and his crew of dog walkers and caregivers are extremely professional and completely dedicated to providing top-notch care.  SD Pet Concierge provided overnight care and daytime dog-walking/playtime for our golden doodle puppy twice, first when she was 4 months old, and then again at 6 months. Both times, we couldn't have been happier with SD's service.  We received picture and video updates of Sami every day and were very happy with the care she received.  Scott plans for every contingency (including things we did not think of!) and asks dozens of questions about your pet so that the care, playtime, and walks they provide are just like yours. Each time, we felt Sami and our house were in good hands, so we could really enjoy our time away. I trust them completely and know my fur baby is in good hands!

“We have had many sitters throughout the years, but Scott is definitely one of the best…. Our two pups immediately took a liking to him and trusted him which is a great sign for us. Our dogs are a bit special as they need a lot of attention when it comes to exercise and they also have dietary needs. "Scott and his team are amazing. Text or call he always answers. He is very thorough and takes his business seriously. We found him on yelp and looked at a lot of things, one being price. His prices are great and definitely not over charged. Two, he comes to your home to meet you and your animals. I think this is super important just in case one doesn't get along or if your animal needs to ease up to a stranger. Me and my boyfriend have two cats and we feel that when Scott comes they are always in good hands.  I have used him 3 times now and feel safe having him in my home and with my animals. He also sends pics and updates each visit."
